Okay I am now officially in love with this site! So much so that it will be the first one I actually did create a second character on in quite a while. I know I want to have a demi-god or a mortal the second time around I just don't know which god I want to be the son of if any.
So please come one and all and place your votes. I do note that all the choices I have provided have been taken by other members on the site. So if you have been accepted or are applying for the above parents and you do not want my character as a son please post here soon so that others who vote don't waste their votes (NOTE: votes can be retracted.)

I like the 'Son of Demeter' choice the best. See, this way you will be a demi-god and be able to interact on Olympus much more then the regular being. Why? Well, first off, you're related (partially) to many of the Olympians. You could have a sister/brother relationship with Persephone (even though you would be half-brther/half-sister) and Demeter, beings as she is by far the kindest of the gods, would probably invite you to stay on Olympus.

Besides I won't be short of relations with the others.
With Ares there is Phobos and Deimos who would certain invite him up if he were a great warrior.
Poseidon has a realm of his own and as I would be Triton's brother that too would be a place where I would be welcome.
And then if it were Hades, well I'd make him a loner to start with so relations wouldn't be a problem

I don't mind any of the options otherwise I wouldn't have put it (there is a reason son of Zeus servant of Ares is no longer up there you know. No offense to Vara of course, just never really been a fan of the celebrity type characters. He always doesn't care what others think of him the difference is always intent, is he doing his own thing or helping others regardless of the consequences?)

I personally like the idea of son of Hades, because well, like you said, Personally I like a loner character. I know it's just me. I'm thinking if later I'm about to create a demigod character, I would just make him/her not knowing that he/she's the child of a god.  |

I love the son of Hades because
1. I get a son how cool!
2. loner characters appeals to me as they do to Hera
3. all around he would have a cool outline
