The word y'all reminds me with Sandy from SpongeBob. To be honest, I hardly ever hear someone in real life saying y'all. Well, maybe because I don't live in America ;D.
But you know, Helios, I first thought you're from Texas, because my dad once said that most of Texans said y'all and howdy.

Georgia and Mississippi have a higher success rate per person for Y'all than Texas. I just made that up but any person I've ever met from either state no matter where I was at at the time always said Y'all.

It's basically a daily thing in Arkansas. I've never been to Texes but I would love to go someday Hera. I get most of this from my dad though

Yeah. I had relatives down south I went to visit. All of a sudden I was picking up the dilect as well. Its nearly impossible to avoid you know?
