For over 900 Turns, the people of Pern have paid the price for their ancestors' doings. The act of a foolish and young Weyrwoman who tried to change the tide of her present by bringing the past forward. Only to fail, killing herself and her Queen. The death of four Weyrs out of the five that followed her. Leaving Pern with one fully functioning Weyr and one who would never had stood a chance alone. The act of desperate Riders who would do anything to assure Thread would no longer fall, finding a machine they put too much faith in. Instead of moving the Redstar as planned away from Pern it only caused the stray planet to drop Thread for fifty turns longer.
Such actions could have killed those who have called Pern home for many many generations. But the Weyrs and Holds have shown they will not go down easily. As time passed with the two Weyrs growing, they were finally able to settle in a third. That of the once called “Igen” now “Anu” Weyr. Slowly they were taking back their home, avoiding the South for all the trouble it had caused by finding the machine. As the Turns moved on, the people of Pern adjusted to their new future and coming to the end of the 11th Interval the decision of sending a young Jr. Weyrwoman and a handful of Riders with her to a fourth Weyr, once known as “Fort” now named “Sebeka”. Leaving the way open for any to transfer with her. Will the Weyrs finally be able to fulfill their oaths of protecting Pern from Thread?

||:.[/align] Threadfall: Chronicles of the 12th Pass is set in an alternate future of Pern. We are an Intermediate to Advanced Literate, Forum. Ranging between Semi-Canon to Non-Canon. With many positions open for immediate creation. What we also have to offer:
|| Future Flight: Queen Resilyth is very close to rising. This will lead to Sebeka's 1st clutch/hatching as well as seeing who will lead as Weyrleader along side Weyrwomam Mavira. Bronzeriders are needed! ||
|| Available Characters: Our forum is always looking for Candidates. At this moment we also have openings for Riders and Crafters. Openings even for Wingleaders, and Wingseconds/thirds. ||
|| Loose limitation: Every RP forum has rules, be they for the site itself. On character creation, race, etc. But do not let that intimidate you. TF is rated “M” for Mature, we understand that some characters are right down nasty, or insanely sweet. Some characters are murders while others have a hero complex. Bring them to TF! Anything goes, and we mean it. ||
