Skin: Although when Athena dwells amongst the crowds as a strikingly beautiful woman, her skin tone under spilled sunlight is tanned; it also has a certain touch of olive. However, once she is high above the clouds in Mt. Olympus, the lighting there gives off a more pale hue of her skin.
Eyes: From afar one can see that her eyes are of the color of light blue, yet a closer investigation yields the proper color of her eyes as that of a very pale gray.
Hair: A cascade of naturally dark brown hair falls upon Athena’s back. It is neither too thin nor too think yet it possesses a volume that could only be achieved by some through extensive styling. Her hair does not define herself in terms of appearance; rather it is only an accessory that simply augments her already stunning features. Her hair may range from that of its usual dark brown to even red or at some exceptional cases blonde and all of these still make Athena the beautiful woman as she is. The styling too is quite versatile, although she prefers to stick to her loose style back-length hair; she is not limited to this. She may have a rather edgier cut that would be shoulder length and straightened out or even the simple ponytail yet all of these do not deter Athena’s beauty from the gods.
Markings or Scars: None
Body type: She possesses a petite body at best, but even so, there are toned muscles underneath that small frame…
Clothing: Usually when she is not in one of the more formal occasions, Athena likes to keep it simple. This includes a simple yet practical outfit. A loose-fitting sleeveless, knee-length tunic with a simple leather belt, her customary helm placed over her head, a pair of golden sandals, a pair of matching gold-colored leather bracers and her spear.
However, if the circumstance requires it, she will pull no stops in order to look her best; especially if it is a meeting with the other Olympians. Her garment now composes of: A sleeveless, ankle-length tunic that is usually of the color blue, a belt with the most exquisite of gems, a pair of golden sandals, gold bracers with embedded sapphires, her helm, her spear and the Aegis and her owl perched on her right shoulder. She believes that if she were to wear her everyday clothing on occasions such as these, the other gods, no matter how high Zeus might see her, might not take her seriously as she wants.
Overall Description: Athena’s looks might be pale in comparison to the other gods who are more obsessed with her beauty, but if one takes these other gods out of the picture and focus of Athena only, one might see a very beautiful and exquisite goddess. From her heart-shaped face, her eyes that possess a subtle yet intense determination, from her soft skin that has no blemishes…one might feel a certain form of fulfillment with simply staring at her. But what sets her apart perhaps from the other goddesses, is not the beauty that she lacks, but was she compensates it with is her composure.
She is the one who moves with finesse with every step she makes, the one who possesses that certain aura of dignity and command that right away will force people to notice her, not her features.
LET'S GET TO KNOW YOU BETTER ' '
Personality Description: Due to her wisdom, Athena has developed to be one of the more reserved of the Olympians. She has always been brought on by the attitude of thinking first than acting. Thus her actions are born form analysis and caution and thus when these actions are executed they are done with the utmost precision as possible.
She is calculating, analytical and logical. Thus she usually sends a rather business-like presence every time she is around the other gods during meetings or such events. She would opt to stay in the background and speak only when it is necessary. If she does not deem the time as necessary she would more often than not stay in the background and use her wisdom in analyzing the current banters of the other gods…She believes that the other gods might not be as far seeing as her in terms of the consequences of whatever actions that they may do, thus this has lead her into become a sort of arrogant goddess…although by no means is this arrogance the same as the others…she still has that touch of arrogance due to her wisdom…add to that that she usually does not reveal the complete picture of whatever action that the gods’ might decide on…rather she will show the little snippets of it.
She has the patience of a teacher tutoring a rather slow student, yet there are two things that make her irritated as ever: a completely illogical and incoherent proposition or thought and any human or god that proclaims that he/she is better than her in her fields of dominance (example Arachne).
Athena does not prioritize much of looks or charms, perhaps that is why she does have a certain tension every time she is around a goddess like Aphrodite. She would much rather use the time in training with her weapons, practicing her skills or simply debating with herself as to keep her mind sharp.
She has a certain humility within himself. Such that in whatever achievements that she may have in her existence, she will never flaunt it. She believes that if one has done an achievement the achievement should be the one that makes people talk…not the one that accomplished it. However, even if she never compliments to herself she will never hesitate to give a compliment to others. It can range from something as simple as complimenting a smile to even complementing a rather impressive feat.
She has a compassionate side that she reserves to her close associates and chosen heroes. As seen in the stories of Odysseus and Perseus, she lends her wisdom and weapons for them to use. She has been knows to give what is due to her subjects, she grants mastery over handicrafts to those that have proven themselves, she grants strength to those that have fought well…this is the manifestation of her being a goddess of Justice…
Athena possesses a very good sense of the term independent. Thus she is a very self-reliant person and she does not necessarily need any help in any of her endeavors. She does not tend to rely on anybody unless she can see herself when her task becomes too great for her to accomplish alone.
When she trusts she does not only shed her tough façade for something more soft and warm, but she possesses a certain maternal compulsion within her. She does not seem to find the reason why but she is always compelled, although she does not necessarily hate it, to help those people whom she trusts deeply. She possesses the ability to smile nonetheless, but at the rare moments where she would smile, those sincere smiles where it would be friendlier and did not possess any malicious or threatening undercurrents…those smiles would only be reserved to those people whom she trusts…
With her friends she is usually more outgoing than she is, although to the truly outgoing people she would still be considered slightly shy. To her friends who know of how she composes herself during work, to see that stark comparison between the two sides of her, they consider her to be outgoing. She also has regained that certain regal side of her that she does not seem to shed. This had led her to speak slightly more formal than usual.

Powers/Abilities: Athena possesses the conventional powers of the Olympian gods including superhuman strength, the inability to age upon reaching adulthood, immunity to terrestrial diseases and harm from conventional means and a regenerative ability that heals wounds rapidly should she indeed be injured. Athena is stronger than the average Olympian goddess and can lift about 35 tons optimally. Athena wields certain magical abilities which allow her to fly at great speed, change her size or form to appear as another person, animal or object (may also be done on others), render herself and other beings invisible from mortal eyesight (for example when she was a secret participant in the Trojan War), create illusory images, animate inanimate objects, and control the shape, form of objects or people and control olive trees. Athena can also project mystical energy bolts, materialize objects
As the goddess of wisdom, Athena has devoted a great deal of time throughout the centuries to studying and mastering many areas of knowledge including all fields of non-technical science. Also, as the goddess of battle Athena is quite adept at combat both armed and unarmed and is a highly competent military strategist even superior to her half-brother Ares, the god of war. She is a master of the weapons used at the time of ancient Greece and Rome including the sword, spear, and shield.
Finally she may bestow incredible strength, endurance, power and skill on her favorite heroes or grant skill to women in handicrafts or give curses as well…

History: Athena was the daughter of the king-god Zeus and the titan of prudence Metis, daughter of Oceanus and Thethys. After the war between the Olypians and the Titans, Zeus chose to mate with Metis and Athena was born near the lake Tritonis in Libya. This lake was under the control of Triton, the son-god of Poseidon.
However, not all was to be good for Athena at this point as Zeus received a prophesy that the second child born from Metis had the strength to rival that of Zeus himself and one day be the ruler of the Olympians. Due to this Zeus got the rather grotesque solution from Chronus…that of swallowing his children. But Zeus did not bother waiting for Athena to be born; rather he devoured Metis as well…
Within Zeus Metis gave birth to Athena, nurturing her and giving her weapons…soon this was too much for Zeus as he was getting severe headaches from this, he summoned Hephaestus and Hephaestus cracked open Zeus’ skull, releasing Athena in full armor and with a multitude of weapons…
Hera was rather annoyed with this as it looked as Zeus had created a child on his own…this annoyance soon grew to the point that Hera conceived a child of her own – Hephaestus.
Athena soon became one of Zeus’ more favorite children, since she was the one that was the wise one. If one were to look at their relationship one would see that it was not that Athena was the good girl…no…rather it was Zeus that needed her advice more than anything.
It soon came to pass that it was Athena that was his favorite and thus she was the only god-child of Zeus that held the Aegis…
She had many feats during her existence such as helping heroes in their tasks, most notably Odysseus and Perseus. She won over Poseidon over the dominance over Athens. This was due to the competition that the two made. They were to present a gift to the people of Athens and it was up to the Athenians to choose whose gift was better…the victor would claim Athens as his/her own. Poseidon gave them an impressive looking spring, yet it was salty and proved to be useless. However, Athena gave the people an olive tree. This won over the people as the tree gave access to oils, fruit and wood.

Roleplaying Sample: (I am basing this on the new plot idea that the admin are currently making...)
Sunny. It was always sunny at this part of the world and cold too. The sun hung overhead like a pale orb in the cloudy sky, the rays penetrated the clouds and sunlight shone at random patches across the city. Still even if there were clouds in the sky, the city never darkened with it or even felt cold…rather the people were experiencing a warm morning sun…Many people had taken out some of their thinner clothing for today; it was a flood of sleeveless tunics, all thinner than usual that spread all over the city…
Athena was walking amongst the crowds, she did not bother to change her appearance as she was opted to stay invisible for the day…she knew that something was brewing…something, yet she could not place a finger on it. She did not know why but her dreams have been getting darker lately…although she knew that he was far from a prophet, that was Apollo’s realm…she dreams did manifest from the gut feeling that she was having – there was something that was going to happen…
“Perhaps the lack of sacrifice in the temple was a symptom for whatever,” she thought to herself. True, the people had been rather forgetful in their sacrifices lately and not just her…many of the other god’s as well. The other Olympians had a variety of reactions to that, from Ares’ open proclamation that he would never help those Greeks again to Aphrodite’s seemingly indifferent expression. “Perhaps she is too busy with her own ‘problems’,” she thought.
Still it did beg the question…why were the Greeks suddenly forgetting their duty to their gods? She knew that her father, the god-king Zeus would be calling a meeting soon…this was getting rather out of hand.
“Besides…a meeting is the logical thing to do,” she told herself firmly before she went back to her palace on Mount Olympus, waiting for Hermes to give her the message that her father did want them already…
