Once upon a time, in a land that some would call the middle of nowhere, well the north of nowhere, lived a girl and a boy. Ah, Bella and Edward. They fell in love, and lived happily ever after in a nice big mansion with a nice family forever and ever, because face it they were vampires. Anyway, they lived as happy as a child at Disneyland. Was this the kind of plot you were looking for? Where Bella is whisked away and gets married and—Stop right there! If you are looking for the typical twilight plot, then my friends, you have come to the wrong place.

Sure, Bella and Edward are happy as they are, with Bella now joining the bloodsucker side. Yet, perhaps I need to make note of the situation: They are in trouble. Well, not only are they the ones in trouble, but frankly, the entire world. You see, everything has gone wrong, everything has gone topsy turvey. And who’s to blame? The Volturi.

You think, oh no they are trying to break them up again! Well no, not exactly. You see, something has gone wrong over there in the suave little country, also known as Italy. For centuries, the Volutri were bent on preserving the vampiric race. They constantly would take care of those who attempted to expose their secret, or someone who would deem a threat to the species. However, the Volutri has seemed to destroy what they had been building.

They are beginning to gather up an army of newborns, experimenting by letting those with gifts change them in hopes the newborns will also have gifts as well. The army is continuing to grow, causing alarm not only in Italy, but everywhere else. So where are they headed? Forks, Washington.

No one knows exactly their reasoning behind this attack; however, the Cullens are taking no chance. Trying not only to gather their own army from the other covens, they have been talking about a possible alliance with the werewolves as well. Everybody is on edge, while others, it’s just beginning. Will this army be enough to hold back the powerful good-guys-gone-bad Volturi? Will this put a strain on the treaty between the werewolves and the vampires? Will Alice ever lose at a Card Game?
