So, I've just been accepted and I'm looking for a place to jump in. If you haven't read my character's bio, Dioedas is a mortal who lives in Thessaly (north-eastern Greece; a bit north of Macedonia, somewhat close to Thracia.) He was a "hero" a few years back, but things went sour for him, and now he's a nobody. (I recommend you read the bio if you want to know more.) Oh, and he could care less about the gods.
I'm up for anything. If there's an open thread somewhere, or if someone wants to make one, or wants me to start one, anything works. Just let me know!

If you are not to tied up I will post with you. ^.^ Unfortantly this is the only character that I have so I don't have a variety like the others so I hope that dosen't give me the disadvantage here. ^.^ If you would like to though. But if you are busy with other post just let me know and I'll start something.

I'd love to write a thread with you, though. But, I'm not exactly sure where it would take place, since Dioedas is from Greece, and Briseis is from Troy. Any ideas? |

Maybe Briseis could become a bit adventurous and become a stow away on a ship. The ships docks in Thracia and she tries to keep her nationality hidden but somehow they bump into each other and he notices her as one of the priestesses of Apollo because of the way she is dressed or just a certain thing on her body (necklace, tattoo or marking)....and i draw a blank lol.

Yeah, that could work. I was thinking Zeus could be in a human form or something -- appearing to be someone that's not exactly a god -- and then something could happen between them. Perhaps Zeus holds Dioedas in contempt because of the cowardice he displayed years before in battle or something? |
