 London Institute For Teenagers was founded in the early fifties and was used as Britain's largest insane asylum. During the late seventies however it was burned down and only recently rebuilt. It's owner now a powerful man who has a family past of mental illness. He re-opened the doors to the London Institute but it doesn't just serve one purpose any more. This old building is now home to teenagers from the age of fourteen to twenty one who all have some issue or another. There are patients residing here from those suffering with issues such as Schizophrenia, or even just spoiled children who managed to develop addictions to drugs. Regardless of how dangerous the patients are, this place is run like a high security prison.
The walls hold dark secrets, secrets that shockingly some of the patients are aware of. Five patients in particular who are known to keep to themselves. Nicknamed 'the pale kids' by the rest of the teenagers in the institute, they tend to stick together and nobody quite knows what their story is. Very few try to communicate with these teenagers though what they don't know is that these five are not at all teenagers and are perfectly sane. All staff carry guns for one simple reason. These teenagers are in fact centuries old, they were inmates of the asylum when it was first built and when they managed to burn it to the grown, they stuck together, living as a family who would avoid any contact with normal civilization.
Once more they find themselves here, only the a few members of staff know what these kids are. Some have heard the stories but don't believe however there is one rule. The other patients must not find out. What happens when one may stray, when one of the teenagers happens to take a shine to a patient? Will their secret be exposed?
