In the blink of an eye everyone’s lives were changed forever. Peter Petrelli somehow managed to gain Sylar’s ability and he started to prowl on the innocent. For some reason, Sylar decided to take Peter under his wing and teach him how to control the ability. However, as Sylar teaches him to control his ability, the two become deadly...and somehow start a society of villains. They amazingly manage to recruit goody-two shoe Hiro Nakamura and Mohinder Suresh, along with fellow villains Adam Monroe, Eric Doyle, Wayne O’Neil, Corey Adams, Kingsley Holt and Martin Gayle. In the midst of all of this sudden change Nathan Petrelli is running for United States President unaware that his brother is the one behind the killings around New York, and Odessa, Texas.
As news of the murders start to become the headlines of every major newspaper and media outlet Nathan is approached by Noah Bennet and Matt Parkman. They then explain that they think Peter is behind the killings. Nathan is convinced his brother isn’t a part of the killings. He assures them that his brother isn’t that kind of person. However, when Matt presents Nathan with the truth Nathan is outraged and is on the verge of suspending his campaign when his mother steps in and tells him not to do it. Angela then decides it is time to come clean about something and she tells Nathan that Sylar is Peter’s twin brother. Nathan can’t believe what he is hearing.
The shocking revelation by his mother Angela about Peter and Sylar makes Nathan decide on a decision that might affect everyone with special abilities. He threatens his mother that he will go public with the abilities. Angela informs her son if he goes public about the abilities at the press release he will lose the campaign. Nathan decides not to go public. However, with the election two weeks away Sylar, Peter, Hiro and Mohinder are plotting to kill either Nathan or his opponent. Angela who can see the future decides not to tell Nathan and makes a special team to track down the murderers and bring them to level five.
With Claire, West, Meredith, Niki, Elle, Daphne and Maya joining the Heroes in the fight;
Ando torn because his best friend has gone to the bad side is desperately trying to bring his friend back to the good side, will his attempts prove worthwhile? Can the special teams brought together by Angela Petrelli and Noah Bennet be able to bring Sylar, Peter, and their gang of villains to level five before Election Day or will the heroes be too late and the villains win this round?
