Overall Description: The goddess was always graced with a slender and petite form. Rhea stands precisely at 5’ 5” with long shapely legs and an incredibly small waist. Her posture is that of a noble woman, regal yet intimidating despite her looks. Golden-blonde hair frames her angular face in wavy curls, falling to mid-neck. Most of the time she is seen with that certain hairstyle, but on occasion she enjoys messing with it; various lengths and dos. Her eyes are a stunning pale blue almost always accompanied with dark coal shadow on her lids and thick black lashes.

Personality Description: Rhea is first and foremost a nurturing mother. She loves her children deeply (enough to help rescue them from Cronus) and visits them whenever she gets the chance. Not only does she enjoy the company of her offspring, but many grandchildren as well; although sometimes mothering instincts irritate those who are at the receiving end. Nevertheless she is often the goddess they seek out for comfort when hurt or lonely and Rhea never misses a chance to spoil them silly.
When it comes to Cronus she is most of the time playing the ‘supportive wife’. Though she is there to give him backrubs when he needs them or supply a fine meal this goddess doesn’t take kindly to his little affairs. Of course no woman is tolerant when it comes to the like. However, instead of letting her anger out on the time gods little flings, she gives him the cold shoulder; which is a greater punishment in her opinion.
Overall she is actually a kind deity; which surprises some. She gets jealous, angry at times, and can be a pest (according to her lovely children), but you can’t deny that having the Queen of the Titans around is worth it when you’re down in the dumps.

History: Rhea was the daughter of Ouranos and Gaia and wife of the Titan King, Cronus. She was titled the goddess of female fertility, motherhood, and generations. It is said that being the wife of the time god she represents eternal flow of time and generations; though she was the deity of comfort and ease as well. Also most of the time she was depicted in the company of a lion.
Before there was Olympus a prophecy had reached Cronus’s ears---one that informed him one his children would be the end of him. With that in mind he swallowed his offspring whole when they were born to Rhea’s dismay. Though this mother wouldn’t have anymore of her husband’s crimes and birthed her youngest son, Zeus, in secret. With quick thinking she fed the god a stone instead and when the god of thunder matured he was able to surpass his father and free his siblings.

May, you both, Selene and Morpheus will always love each other forever and ever.

The ancient goddess of the moon smiled at her dear friend Hera, taking her words to heart. As the Queen of the gods bid them congratulations she departed. Selene silently thanked Hera for coming to her most precious day despite the battle between Olympians and minor deities. Nothing could come between a friendship as long as theirs.

"Um, hey. Uh, I- I mean, we, uh... wehaveapresentforyoutwo."

Snapped away from her thoughts, her grin broadened at the sight of Eros and Aphrodite. She couldn't help but laugh at Eros' rushed words and nodded in recognition as the goddess of love and beauty cleared things up. Eyes twinkling she accepted the offered gift, smelling the delightful fragrance rolling from the bouquet of pink roses.

"Why, thank you, dears," she replied, thankful for the wishes her friends bestowed upon Morpheus and her.

Tiredly, she let her head fall against her husband's chest. The excitement of the day had worn her out and she was sure the god of dreams was equally as tired. "Perhaps it's time to retire?" she giggled, stifling a yawn.~
