Hi, welcome to Olympian Tales

Alright I know maybe this isn’t necessary, but I know some members in Olympian Tales might be new to RPG stuff that they need a guide. So this essential guidebook exists for a reason

1. Register for an Olympian Tales Account
Click the link on the menu bar on the top of the page next to Login link. Or instead scroll to the bottom of the page where you’ll find a box to log in. There’s a link to register for a new account there. If you don’t want people to know your age, select “Hide” and if you don’t want people to know your gender, click “Hide” on the section. If you have any problem registering, then contact the staff or the easiest way is, make a new account!

2. Read the Rules, Official Stuffs, and Research for a Character
Yay! You’re now a member. Make sure after you register yourself in Olympian Tales, you read the rules first and if you can have a look at or our character lists to check if your desired character is taken or not (if you want to play canon). If taken, you can find other open characters to play.

3. Create your Character’s application!
Now it’s time to create your character’s application! If you’re going to play a canon, I recommend you doing research first about your character. If possible, please try not to copy paste the history from the source.

4. Claim your Celebrity
It’s another favorite thing to do!! You can think of someone, a celeb, whom you think will best fit your character. After you finish your application and wait to be accepted, just simply go to Celebrity Claim page and claim yours!

5. Personalize Your Profile
While waiting to be accepted, you can personalize your profile first. In this section, you can show the real you with customizing your profile. You can edit your display name using your character’s name, being creative with quotes on personal text, adding signatures and avatars... it’s fun!

6. For Royalties
For mortals who play royalties like kings, queens, princes, and princesses, please claim your position in Leadership Registration board. Because our RPG doesn’t have proper time set (we basically just said it’s set in BC, ancient era), so this leadership registration exists to prevent having two kings of Sparta, having Ganymede and Paris at the same time as princes of Troy. So example, if Ganymede has claimed his position as prince of Troy, then Paris can’t claim that position either. Though Paris might have existed, but you could play him as a shepherd first.

7. I’m Accepted!!
Then it’s time for you to RP and have fun!! Make new friends here because we, members and staff of OT, are friendly! If you need some help, just contact the staff or post in Forum Support if you also want members to help you.
